Her mission is to dig deep into the HR research, articles, books, conversations, podcasts and practices to identify best practices and break down complex HR concepts. Her goal is to bring organizations the information they need to align HR practices with mission and core values, develop leaders, enhance teams, boost productivity, dial in employee engagement and ultimately increase profits.
Stacy is an experienced trainer and solutions specialist, with a diverse Human Resource and legal background. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota, holds a B.A. in Personnel Management, has earned the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) credentials and holds an HR Generalist Certificate.
In addition to being the founder of HR Learning Lab and Audacity HR, she is an instructor at the Labovitz School of Business and Economics at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD), where she teaches in the Human Resource Management Department.
Stacy is on the Board at the Lake Superior Chapter ATD (Association for Talent Development), is a member of NHRA (Northland Human Resource Association), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), MSBA (Minnesota State Bar Association) and NSA (National Speakers Association).
